conspiracy Judge will
declare to that effect and
impose fines according
of frivol groundless applications are with another it shall have
appeared to the Judge that among the applicants in any of the concert for any the production of

obstructive applicators

Art. To the Government Advocate it will
belong in each occasion to be in the watch for every such instance of obstruction
given to Justice and to make demand accordingly for the influ
of the mulat

Advocate

Art. So likewise to the Eleemosynary Advocate
in default of, is at the present, or of his own in with the consent of the
Government Advocate, and with the consent of the Judge
