1. Appropriate aptitude as to
a Matter.
2. Cognoscibility, as to
Form.
[Appropriate] Aptitude and cognoscibility — in into these three this
words expression may be seen the qualities requisite and
on in the part of a body of law: [aptitude with reference to the
collation generation of maximum of happiness in so far as depended
upon the given to that part of the field the part travelled

Of the unprecedented clearness and comprehensiveness of the
