Procedure CodeCh. Judiciary Application
§. 7. How conceived.

Art. By any the Applicant and approp applicants
address papers already filled up may be brought with him
and at the as per Art. spontaneously delivered:
time will thereby be saved.

Art. Till the applicants statement has been
delivered and his examination compleated or begun to
be delivered it can not be known of what useful information
the might not be excluded were he deterred
from attending and furnishing it: hence the need of forbearing
all such until now unless and until special need occurrs f any such scrutiny
as might be productive of that effect.

Art. For the ulterior proceedings in the case where
the application is either contentious or informative see
Ch. VIII Suit simple &c: for the case where it is
consultative, prospective evidence securing is damage preventive,
see the Chapters thus so respectively denominated.

Art. Whatever may have been the declared purpose
of the application should it in the opinion of the
Judge have been made with a sinister interest he will
impose on him a fine or say a mulet determined in
quantity with by the nature of the offence in conjunction with his
state of his pecuniary circumstances which fine he will levy
in this and as in other cases.

Art. Of cases Examples of sinister danger examples are
as follows:

1. By a or an application manifestly frivolous or for a feigned purpose
delaying or frustrating, with or without confederating, delaying or
frustrating serious applications for contentious or other purposes
by preoccupation of the Judicatory's time.

2. Employing the Judicatory as a channel of information to for
the purpose of conveying to associates or other expected cooperants in some
criminal enterprize
information intended or
likely to be subservient to the success of it.

3. Exposing the Judicatory or any member of it to derision, or to vexation in any other shape.
