Art. In regard to parties in whose instance
attendance is ordered, the parties on the Pursuer's as well Co-pursuers as on
the defendant's side, to will in relation to each form and
communicate his determination whether the party alone, or with the party
proxy an assistant gratuitous or conductitious, is a proxy, gratuitous
or conductitious shall be received: naming such assistant or
proxy, or leaving the claim to the principal, as the occasion may
require.
