Art. If in consequence of such undue application,
the Judge by mendacious or rash assertion, or by
purposed reticence has been induced to cause prehend effect prehension
or to require response attendance or response at the hands of
any other person in the character capacity of defendant witness
or co-pursuer or bondsman, or to require attendance of
any person in the capacity of proxy or assistant of any such
proposed defendant pursuer or bondsman, the applicant
will moreover be compensationally responsible to every
person so vexed.
