And be it further enacted that if by
such award the said Dean and Chapter
should be adjudged to have no further interest
in the said Waste or any part thereof other
than what belongs to them in quality of Lord
of the Manor Franchise or Liberty of which the said Waste is parcel,
then and in such case the share so
to be awarded to them shall be allotted to
"them in kind and shall consist of one
fifteenth part in quantity and value of the
said Waste and shall be taken out of the
hereby reserved portion West of the said Rochester Row as
"above limited and described which said allotment
shall be and in full satisfaction
as well for their interest in the said
Waste as for any pecuniary satisfaction to
which they might otherwise have been entitled
under the general provisions of this Act.
