By every act of execution

§.8 Services
Art. 1 1. As often as at and by the termination of
any suit at law execution and effect are given in any individual instance to any
portion of a Code of law two services which are have been
rendered: two services which have rationally and so
ever consistent, are not the less clearly distinguishable

Art.2. Principal service that which is rend voluntarily or involuntarily
rendered by the defendant: to wit either by compliance<lb?>with the corresponding mandate compliance performed by the Defendant himself<lb?>or the effect of such compliance, or bproduced at his charge
physical form in the hands of Justice.
Call this the effective effectual or say the -judicial service or say
Defendant's service as being rendered by the defendant as and by means of
execution and effect given to the correspondent enactment of the thing so rend substantive branch of the law

Art. 3.2. Instrumental or say instrumentary service that which
is rendered by the Judge rendered to the applicant: if there is
then to the pursuer if in that character any person has been been admitted —
rendered that is to say the correspondent obligation laid
by the operation performance of the operations by which execution has
effect is given to the portion of law in question. viz. that by which
in any individual case coming under the species of case for that purpose
specified particularyzed/declared the effectual service was ordained
rendered and to the applicant if any to the public if an applicant
by compliance given to the applicant's demand by that same judicial
service. This service call the appropriate judicial service.

the character nature is different according as the suit belongs to one
or other of the four species of suits, to wit 1. Non-inculpative
