Under existing system a
number of judicatories
for eliciting one individual
fact

That for eliciting the truth in relation to one and the same individual
matter of fact, the existing system has provided Judicatories
two three or four with so following employing each of them so many courses
of procedure altogether different: in some instance the choice
is left to the plaintiff which one of them he will employ:
in other cases he is laid under the necessity of employing several
