20 In the particular oeconomical Codes, a term in common use to be preferred to the technical Term
where equally expressive. & to be used alone for a Technical Term is understood only by persons of the Art [alone]
& a term in common use is understood by them and every body else beside.

8 vo page as contains more than double the quantity of ordinary 8 vo pages is included
in the repealing former, in such a manner that the Nominative case stands at all this distance
from it's verb —— In the '3' Ch.1 c.4. which made for the continuance of certain Statutes, the Sta Nominative
case & verb are separated by an interval of 2 1/2 pages.
