coming upon Government for the payment of it: that
is , to render the gradation of the server more regular
and the terms or degrees in it more numerous ; than
might otherwise be necessary or advisable . the more compleat
the series of Notes , the greater the chance it has of
meeting with the demand of each individual with
reference to this purpose .
