Political Prospects
An undesirable Bankruptcy may be attended with be a state more eligible than the state nation was put into by the glorious operation of Mr Pelham
It may be not altogether without its use
that men should be apprised — not only that
there are degrees of Bankruptcy from a flea-bite
to a death-wound — but even that a very
high degree of its Bankruptcy may be scarce if at indistinguishable
all dis- in its effects, from the highest degree
of prosperity ever yet experienced. This
is it must be confessed a Paradox. But Paradox
which means but contrary to general
opinion conception <add>understanding</add> - Paradox and falshood are not synonymous:

account necessarily untrue.
