[25] [Register of Payments.] By this Table called the
[26] [Yearly Augmentation Note] Register of Payments, two purposes are answered.
One is, the indicating to the Officers of Government
in the instance of each Note, how many years if
any, they have to pay: — the other is — to as form a
basis for the basis of the Yearly herein after mentioned Augmentation Table, and
along with it to shew the encrease of value it
has received from age, by longevity coupled with the non-
of the interest Dividend
One with a view to payment,
One for the purpose of payment, the other with a view
to circulation.
