Constitutional Code Ch.XV Quasi-Jury
S.1. Field of Service
Art 12 At the recapitulatory, no evidence is exhibited
that was not exhibited at the original examination:
if, ofmay part of that so exhibited, deposition, actual or virtual, has
had place, the defg supply to the deficiency is made
from the minutes S as per Ch. XIX.S.1: and, with consent perties, the the reexhibition of any article of evidence may be omitted.
