In a case of this sort if by the hand of the Judge the evil receive
a remedy, it will not be by exemplification, but by positive
correctionof the matter that it will be applied. Of this sort are the cases in which
most perplisity awaits the mind of the Judge, most danger the let of
the individual in the charactersituation of purely litigant. It is not in these
case that peculiarly preinterpretation will be the proper name of
the remedy which the of encouraged by the law will call
for at the hand of the Judge: it will rather be proposed
