Art. 5. Examples of
demand for Night Service Art. 5. Examples of cases presenting a demand for Night
Duty are the following

1. Criminality injurious
to person or property, going
on: for terminating
it, physical force needful
sent by Judge 1. A course of criminal criminality, injurious to person or
property or both, is going on at the time; and
