Art. 5. Examples of
demand for Night Service
Art. 5. Examples of cases presenting a demand for Night
Duty are the following
1. Criminality injurious
to person or property, going
on: for terminating
it, physical force needful
sent by Judge
1. A course of criminal criminality, injurious to person or
property or both, is going on at the time; and
that physical force, to the spot sent by order from the
Judicatory is necessary to the give termination to it.
2. So calamity: prevention
or termination
of which belongs to Preventive
Service Minister
2. So, any calamity, of in the number of those
