to every the possible profit pleasure of the Crime taking the word profit in a large snese & not merely as confined to mone, and that not merely the ordinary — but every possible pleasure that is the pleasure in every individual case: for if it &c — if it
comes short of it in any case, there one, that sum whereby it will remain
after the Law falls short is executed a clear motion adequate
to the difference for the committing it to which nothing is opposed.
The consequence, as far as depends on upon the Law, is
obvious —
