such Justice or Justices all or any such suspected
goods as aforesaid or the depositing the same them or this
under thereto therof in any place or places of safety
untill the same shall otherwise be disposed of
hereto: according to Law: as also if such suspected person or goods at the
person or persons, goods article or articles which he or any them,
<add>at the time of their being so seized shall be
to be on board of any Boat, then also to seize
and detain such Boat, together with
the tackle and
other contents thereof
and the same to
as aforesaid: and if upon examination
before such Justice any two such such Justice or Justices may person
it shall not be made appear, either by production
of the party the party or parties from whom such
suspected goods article or articles was or were lawfully bought or received, or
otherwise to the satisfaction of such Justice or
Justice or Justices,
has the such suspected person or persons cause by the same
then and in such case every such suspected
person may and shall be adjudged guilty of a Misdemeanor
and shall suffer
as herein after mentioned.
and every such Boat so employ'd,
with her Tackle, Apparel, Furniture, and Loading
shall at any time have been be found shall upon such conviction be
forfeited and disposed of as is hereinafter directed
in such manner as is in and by the A said Act of the second
year of his Majesty's reign.
