5. Whether, in lieu of one or more of the said Lots,
or until the purchase thereof shall respectively have been
made, any sum, in the nature of compensation or in-
-demnification-money, shall be advanced to Your Me-
-morialist, in such proportion per acre, as is hereby
suggested [paragraph p. 11] or in what other propor-
-tion; and on such terms as are herein also suggested,
[paragraph p. 12] or on what other terms?

Money.
6. Whether, in respect of the annual head-money
for the maintenance of the Prisoners, the sum of £12,
demanded by, and granted to, Your Memorialist, in
July 1793, shall continue — or whether an additional al-
-lowance, equal to that made several years ago, though
since that period, to the Contractors on the Hulk Plan,
in consideration of the then intervening rise of prices,
shall not be made to him: — viz: a penny a day, a-
-mounting to £1..10s..5d a year: or rather (to make even
money, and in consideration of the further subsequent
rise of prices, to a still greater amount) £2 a Year;
making £14, instead of £12? —
