which the summary mode of procedure is employd:
and as in one of the instances an alteration
would be requisite to be made in the Act just
mentioned, an Act extending over the whole
system of summary procedure, the present did
not seem to be a case place in which so extensive
an alteration of so extensive a nature should be
attempted, without the sanction of a precedent.
