Art: On the occasion of the recapitulatory examination
all evi which without being is has been merely indication
and not appropriate will of course be omitted: that is

in this occasion be examined: unless pretence it
such examination should prove necessary to the purpose of

admitted his having been so, should on the recapitulatory
examination deny his having been so: in this
case it might be of use that Auditor should be forthcoming
for the purpose of being confronted with him, that so
by means with the help of the mutual intpation the truth of the
matter mightmay be brought to light
Art. 23 On a day in which there is no recapitulatory
examination on the prospect, the Quasi-Jury will add itself to the
company of Sponateous Visitors, as per Ch. XV: but will occupy
its appropriate seat.
