Every person who not having as yet taken out
any <add>such licence under
Every person who
All persons intending proposes to apply for a licence
under the authority of this Act shall at twenty days
at least before the annual day appointed for the granting
or renewing such licences have caused to be delivered
a notice in to the said Commissioners a written
notice specifying the name, place of or places of abode, and occupation
or occupations of the party so intending, together
with and of the occupation or occupations in respect
of which he or she is desirous of obtaining such licence:
or if such intended place be not within the said District, situated in any other part of Great Britain be situated else
then to the Justice of the Peace for the County person acting as Clerk to the Magistrate
or Magistrates by whom such licences shall be to be granted or to any other
person or persons
whom the said Commissioners
may
think fit to appoint
for that purpose
within which such intended place is situated:
for any place
within the limits
of the said London
Police District
as aforesaid
and every such Clerk of the Peace or other person shall within ten
days of his having received such application
communicated have caused the same with the be contents thereof
to be made known to every Magistrate resident
acting as above herein above mentioned in and for the division where in which such intended place
is situated.
