might have been almost equally fatal to the business in the

nonne of the clearest is a proposition which oon other occasions

testimonies drawn from my own experience: but that for
the giving effect to such conceptions as on any occasion
he had never been led to entertain there was not - as far as
my opportunities of observation extended - any want of executive
industry is a testimony which my sense of justice will
not allow me to withhold.
