else, without re-examination
the evidence

itself in its best shape.
Yet for preponderant
reasons assigned
Depute may remit the
reinquiry to principal:
who will thereupon
either perform it or
transmit it to some
other Depute Permanent.
Power to either party
with or without reason
assigned thus to make
such Quasi-appeal
to principal.
18. 13.
On exercise of contested-
interpretation function,
Depute before sending his
proposed interpretation to Judge
Appellate must send it to
his own principal for
observations.
