S.8. Of the Education Ministers Art. 1 Under Legislation
and Prime Minister,
Education do gives execution
and effect to institutions,
ordinances and

Art.1. To the Education Minister, under the Legislature
and the Prime Minister, it belongs, to give execution and effect
to all such institutions ordinances and institutions arrangements
ing from the Legislation, in relation to the subject
of Education

Art.2. To this purpose, it belongs to him to exercise Art.2 under the direction of the Prime Minister, as to all persons, in
so far as employed byunder the direction, or at the expence of Government in the business of Education
the location, suppletive, directive and dislocative
functions; as to his own office, the suppletive functions; as
to things, in so far as thus employed, the procurative, custodative
applicative, reparative and eliminative functions; as to persons
and things, the inspective: as to persons things and occurrences
thereto belonging the statistic and recordative: as
to status of things, ordinances & arrangements, the meliorative-
suggestive.
