Art. 6. To the Health Minister So as to 6

under Indigence Relief
Minister: subject to
suspension by the functionaries
having charge of
the several Establishments
all medical functionaries serving under in<add>under</add> the detection field
of service belonging to theunder Indigence Relief Minister, belong
moreover the locative, suppletive directive and dislocative
functions: the several functionaries so located by him
having as per Ch.IX S. Locable, and Located
how, as soon as time admitts, been subjected to the
Qualification Examinations therein mentioned, and those Offices
to the Office Auction - subject also as to all Indigence Relief
of Medical functionaries the functionaries so by him located, to the suspensive
function, exercisable for special reasons, by the functionary
having charge of the establishment, for the service of which
such Medical functionaries have respectively been located
