The informer presented from his occupying the
situation which he [the] occupier and [state] occupier in the
House which the Act for enabling the Judge to try justice for
their own benefit making it their interest to push to the
utmost the denial of justice and the supposed to
dishonest men on both sides the curses he is of
sufficient to form no put in necessity upon the
search for to enable men to entertain any hopes

1. Either he sees not its tendency: and if so was
his discernment?
2. Or discussing it he supposes it to pass .
doing to either he approves he gives his support or at any
rate his willing acquiesence to a measure so palpably
with oppression and depredation in the
forms or
3. Disapproving of it he found himself by the necessity
of mutual in the Cabinet under the necessity
of letting it pass, with an appearance of assent or
at the least non dissent on his part in regrad to it.
