Annuity Notes
The circumstances which place the five per
cent out of the reach of such a quantity of
money which for want of being able to attain
to it in plain terms at once practicable and
eligible is forced to in some instances as to some part if it content itself with less than
3 per cent and as to other and then the greater
part to go without interest altogether , are reducible
to these three - viz:
