Abstract

Upon On the larger scale in upon which it is thought might <add>may be</add> expected
to extend expand itself, it would the measure, have the effect of bringing

clearing away the 4 and 5 per Cents, would would afford the means of bringing the further reduction of the rate
of interest on those annuities to its maximum in

to these reduction of interest accelerating in this way the the redemption
of principal going hand in hand and facilitatingaccelerating
after instead of taking place of it and retarding it and
of it as in Mr Pelham's time as on the plan pursued
in Mr Pelham's time days.
