ought it the species of tribunal in question to have the credit of advantages depending

than given to a Jury The only rational mode as far as it goes, of examining witnesses from the nature of the tribunal, depending resulting merely
of it, and are as just as capable of being
from the mode of proceeding carried on in it: a mode of
