132. Class the thirteenth twelfth. Every person keeping hiring or borrowing any
Cart commonly called a Hand Cart, or Truck Cart, or any
any other Cart or other carriage, with more wheels than one, drawn by human
strength alone, and seeking his or her
living by employing the same in the carriage
of any of the articles in respect whereof a person
keeping employing in the carriage conveyance thereof any
carriage drawn by any Beast of Draught is hereby
required to take out a licence as a Licenced
Cart Keeper for Second hand Goods purchased for sale: Licence duty
within the London Police District, [ ]; elsewhere, [ ]
