Tothill Fields Inclosure Bill

after such Notice respectively declare in writing acceptance of such Price
Then and in such case it shall and may be lawful to and for such Feoffee
or Feoffees at any time thereafter to enter into and upon all or any part of the
said Parcel of Land marked A for the purposes of the said Act
of the 7th of July 1794.

And further that if any one of the said three Parties shall for
the space of one Calendar Month to be computed as aforesaid, have omitted

to declare their acceptance as aforesaid, or shall have declared their refusal
to accept the said Price than and in either of the said bases the said
Feoffee or Feoffees shall cause the value of the said Lot A including the
said commonable right Except as aforesaid to be ascertained by a Jury pursuant
to the direction of the said Act of the 7th day of July 1794 and those
