Obligations of receiving rubbish
restricted to Lot A.
in Lot. pursuant to the Provision hereinafter made in that behalf
shall cease and be extinguished And that the said rights of shooting
Rubbish shall be exercise and exercisable only on such part pf the said Lands

comprized in Lot A as shall from time to time be assigned for that purpose
by the said Feoffee or Feoffee and on no other part or parts of the said
Waste Lands Provided always and it is hereby Enacted and
Declare That the said Feoff or Feoffees shall not be obliged to admit
any rubbish to be deposited or any Cart or other Carriage having rubbish
therein, to be admitted into or upon the Spot of Land to be assigned as
aforesaid at any earlier time in any day that half an hour after Sunrise
nor at any later time in any day than half and hour before Sun set, And
further that if any Person or Persons shall at any time or times be dissatisfied
with the Spot so assigned by the s.d Feoffee or Feoffees for the disposing such rubbish
It shall and may be lawful to and for the Justices of the Peace for the
