the said School, and original Proprietors
of an Estate in the Premises,

was thus affirmed, That they were

authorized or relied on. — so that, to this
whether we trace the Proceedings of in Matters of
the Petitioners upwards or downwards, ye highest Consequence
we find them alike obnoxious on the
Head of PRESUMPTION or DISINGENUITY to them &
successors.
