Now are two parties formed, The
Charterists and the Republicans. To corrupt those
whom it is repedient to corrupt, the Peers, (since
you must have Peers) the Deputies, the Pays, the
Judges, to establish the corruption by all means possible-
by hopes - by fears.for by there words all these
means are included: This will be the first work-
this the immediate work of the Charterists.
But before this they will have had
one common task, and for the performance of it
the force all inertia will suffice. Otherwise than
by thoRing, no new arrangement can be made.
