long as fees constitute part

Sole class in which honesty can from, the non litigational, the Notaries: per Dumont the the Under Rome bred law they exist every where: in France particularly: under the English bred no where. 9. Separation compleat: no litigational lawyer can be a non litigational: no non litigational a ltitgational. 10. Banker such as our's not existing in France. Notaries as to purchase money are non lending Bankers. They form as sort of body corporate. 11. Universally pure they are objects of universal confidence. 12. Not long ago a Paris Notary absconded with a purchase money. The event was a prodigy. The body at their own expence made good the loss. 13. English Conveyances, two classes: the attorney and Barrister. Parties saddled with both. Small value business is done by Attornies alone: large value business by attornies and Parishes conjoined.

§ Notaries. 13 contind. Conveyancers, so called, are all Barristers: aptitude proved in Peel's made. Say pure Conveyances as pure Surgeons. Schoolmaster Conveyances. 4. In England, lately has sprung up a self constituted class of Notaries for the Lawyer's classes. As in France Notary is a non-lendingpliching Barrister in England, the people's Notary is Commonly a Schoolmaster. Impurity no more from the one than the other conjunction. 15. For the suppression of the people's notaries, petitions from attornies multiply. Alledged justificative cause, ignorance. 16. the fast unwarranted the conclusion. Still greater is relative ignorance in the Attorney class. In the litigational business it has been increasing these years. (J.B's acc accolection time.) It is new portentous. Witness Ld.
