Power of the Court

Art.3. Such subsidiary Court Extraordinary Subsidiary Court may provisionally take
such order as occasion may require: stating in
detail in the body of such order as well the reasons<lb?>As the evidence on which the same is grounded,
and reserving all punishments inflicted as such,
and as far as conveniently may be all other

either and in either of such cases the person or persons
so appointed shall stand in the stead of the lists list
of persons hereby appo provisionally appointed as aforesaid.
