Under proposed codes
are taken that Judge
in pursuing his own
interest may havemeet
with effectual obstruction
in opposing the greatest
happiness of the greatest
number

That which ma may stand prolly assured of it - that
under the present Code of under law as under every other, by the
in his several classes and grades his one interest in any pertent shapes
and in particular in the shape of case will be pursued and
to the utmost of his power whatsoever become of the greatest happiness
of the greatest number. Of the proposed Code in this or in any
other part the object is accordingly to so order makers that in the
present of his one interest in these several shapes at the expence
