confusion be taken into consideration and composed together in
any considerable number. But by Not so in the Public Opinion Tribunal
they may be subjected to this operation in a number
unlimited.

I introduce or attempt to introduce Into the Legislative Assembly a mass of law of a new complexion before
minds of men were especially to a certain degree prepared for the of it
