To render sufficient reason - or in one word to justify
any departure from that model what, every where two things is necessary: one of them is the case
ation of some particular point in which the same system fails
of being productive of that same incoably beneficial and thence
proportionably desirable effect; the other is - that the in to a
greater extentdegree that same effect is likely to be produced, and
that by in the magnitude of it when supposing it produced will be included adequate compensation
for the uncertainty which is hangs over every undertaking

eyes view of all men by experience or observation, or by both together:
