Oaths Promissory

Maleficence pure and maximized
Evil pure and in the
largest quantity the
effect.

In maleficence all
others yield to this.

This a useful instrument
in the hands
of tyranny.

engaged to employ his
powers to give effect to

Catholic Religion.
