that of the people, that of the Sovereign and that of the Judges. Of the
people the endeavour would be to part with cause in as little of as they
could minimize the quantity of the stock of good things taken from the: of the sovereign to maximize the quantity received by taken from the people
him to his use and to minimize the quantity taken from the
people by the Judge and by him the Judge converted to his own
