Of Disaffection

Disaffection to the {person of the} Sovereign may be as manifested

1. By defaming him

2. By uttering verbal abuse against him

3. By cursing or publickly <add>(a) cursing or</add> wishing ill to him.

4. By publickly (a) wishing well to his enemies as such.

5. By publickly (a) [] expressing disapprobation of his
personal conduct.

[By Publickly](a) is meant in the hearing That is in
the hearing of two persons at once not being related
to one another in a degree nearer than the th, nor having
lived for a week together in the same home.

For expressions of disaffection to the Sovereign
no justification shall be admitted.
