Instead of justice —
object
before his eyes
the words plene administravit

Indeed of the justice of the case: the object on the occasion before the
learned draughtsman's eyes was composed it should seem if
the two Latin words plene administravit. To those who understood
Latin these two words may seem well enough for giving denomination
of a the place, but they are not sufficient for the giving
adequate expression to the matter of it

In this case as in any every other, the but first or say initiating
operation in the suit between an application made to the
Judge stating the thing demanded and the ground on which it
was demanded the demand was made, and had the second operation been
a message in appropriate form to the proposed defendant,
commanding him to appear in the Justice Chamber on the day
therein named with the universally applied security for
veracity and correctness, the whole aggregate of the

without difficulty, and in most cases the number would have
been already ripe for decision, for decree, and execution thereto
given.

seeks simplicity and seeks disputation only as means to their last.

so much as suppose having to hear any such right, much
less that he should declare make assessment of any such supposition under any
