Art. 4. Part acted and

Instrumentory all along in and to this traffick has been the

constantly poured with systematic regularity an influx of

man for a seat in that assembly body among the

The upstart lawyer under the name of Chancellor by whom the assembly
is so worthily proceeded: the Chancellor he is
