Art. 1.
By Judicial Procedure understanda course
of operation having for
its end the giving execution
& effect to the substantive
branch of the Pannomium
Judicial procedure may
therefore be termed the
Adjective branch
Art. 1. By Judicial Procedure understand the aggregate of a course of operation
having for their common objector say endeavour the giving
execution (1) and effect (2) to the aggregate of the arrangements made
by the other branch of the Pannomium or say whole body of the
law: this is to say the substantive branch. Tow others being termed<lb?>the substantive branch, the of which the aggregate of the Judicial
Procedure is composed may b in consideration of it be termed a
Adjective branch.

<sic.art.</sic> 2. subject matters of consideration. Under the heads following
all subject matters which in the exhibition of the system of Judicial
procedure will fall to be considered will be found to be —,lb/>1. Ends f to wit of Judicial procedure: that is to say results or states of things endeavoured to
to be produced by it
2. means. employable and employed for the attainment or say accomplishment of these
ends.

3. Persons: to wit persons concerned in Judicial procedure: the capacity
in which a person is thus concerned will be either that of
Agent, or say Actor or Operator: or else that of Patient
or say person operated upon.

principal or instrumental
For instrumental operator
the singleworded denomination
instrument may
be used but has the disadvantage
of being tainted
with a dyslogistic sense
Considered as operating and being thereby an operator
the operator will be either the capacity in which he operates
will be either that of a principal operator or that of an instrument
or say instrumental operator: in which latter case
he is capable of being designated by a singleworded
appellative — that is to say instrument. But the word appellative<lb?>instrument has the disadvantage of being tainted with a dyslogistic<lb?>or say incologistic sense: adding to <add> with</add. the principal
thus designated the idea of a sentiment of disapprobation
understand by the speaker or writer in relation to the person to
whom the same appellative is applied.
