Constitutional Code or Procedure

Art. The securities one or more of which, in
case of need the Judge may take exact at the hands of the applicant
are as f those which follows as a condition prudent to
his issuing a summons to an instrument of summonation for the
voluntary appearance of the Defendant is an instrument ordering of prehension
for
his prehension, as the case may require – which which
follow.

1. Deposit pecuniary made of a sum of money to be eventually applicable
to the use of the defendant or the public.

2. Deposit made quasi-pecuniary of a valuable thing to be applied in the
same manner.

3. Consignment of the applicant to a place where though
not confined by walls or other corporal bondsman who
will be constant inspection of a person or persons certain.

4. Consignment of the applicant to a place of safe-custody
within walls

5. Production of an adequate bondsman one or more:
who are whose condition in life is such as to render
them adequately responsible to the purpose of eventual
compensation as above.
