7 Power to Assemblies to allow Parochial divisions . To The Sub-provincial Assemblies under subject acting
under the controul of the Provincial Assemblies
it shall belong to make such alterations in
the territorial jurisdiction of the immediate Courts
as they shall judge convenient regards being had
to the extent population and pecuniary faculties
of the suitors inhabitants .

They are for instance .
1. Lay two Parishes for this purpose into one :
judicial district .
2 . Take a part of one parish or parts of several
parishes to annex to one parish or the aggregate
of several parishes for the purpose of forming a
juridical district .
23 . Divide any Parish into two or more parts.
