DEFINITIONS &c.

Magistrate The word Magistrate shall include as well Trustees in
respect of their cognizance the <add>Judicial power of Indication power given</add> to them, by <add>& to they are </add> as Justices deputy of the

entitled whose office corresponds to that of Constable Constable v. Budgell 103.

Parish Officer The word Parish-Officer shall include Overseers of the
Poor & Churchwardens & Chapel-wardens: also the such
as do the duty stand in the stead of the above persons in any Extraparochial place. [N.B. Qu. who are they.]
