The neglect so commonly shewn by reformers
or and would be reformers to the interests of individuals
has its root in an error of in point of <add>in the way of </add> calculation.

by it, are alone exclusively regarded in the business:

that as a faggot is comprised of sticks, so is the
public of individuals: that one individual is as
much a member a portion of of the public as another individual:
and the happiness of the one as much a portion of
the public happiness of the public as is the happiness
of the other.
