By way of supplement to my former communication
relative to the construction and management
of an Inspection- House, I take the liberty
of presenting offering to the Assembly some models, together
with an offer more extensive extended as as well as
more explicit than the one in which they were
pleased to treat with bestow receive take so flattering a
notice

The design of the models is to render the
Inspection plan more intelligible than it could
be rendered by mere verbal description or drawing,
as well as to exhibit it under the several
varieties adapted to the several purposes to which
it appears capable of being applied.

The proposal I take the liberty of grounding
upon the inspection plan is as follows and upon
the Report made by the Committee of Mendacity to the
last Assembly, is as follows.

1. That for the purpose of trying the plan under
all its modifications, the branch of the General
Hospital which contains within itself establishments
of the greatest number of varieties of description
viz: the Bicitre shall be put under my care. consigned over to my
management.
